Membership Terms and Conditions

Monthly Subscription
(a) Our subscriptions are charged on a monthly basis.
(b) The Customer is entitled to cancel their contract with us at any time, as long as they provide at least one (1) days written notice or a valid reason via our support email: support@deliverygiant.com
(c)The Customer is required to cancel their billing at least one (1) day before the following billing cycle. Otherwise, the Customer is obliged to fulfill the last month of the billing before cancellation.
(d) Upon cancellation, the customer’s subscription will be terminated one (1) day from the given notice by the customer, and they will lose all perks and entitlements that come with the Membership.
(e) Any charges made prior to termination are non-refundable.
